The Solution Design and Programmes Engineer will develop and execute logistics solutions & automation strategies for the EPMC production plant. The role will support the GME Logistics Strategy team as the logistics technical solutions expert. The successful candidate will develop solution proposals for early vehicle programmes from KO gateway onwards, and will act as the key interface between GME Logistics and the Industrial Operations Programme Delivery (IOPD) team from PSC gateway to handover.

- Create in-plant logistics solutions in support of the GME Logistics Strategy team
- Optimise warehousing and logistics solutions to drive towards benchmark CPU/HPU performance whilst meeting programme requirements
- Experience in Supply Chain solution design
- Experience of Value Stream Mapping including identification and elimination of waste
- Project management of multiple concurrent projects
- Strong analytical skills and statistical ability
- Experience of process improvement
