As a Senior Project Analyst, you’ll join a team at the forefront of Powertrain concept development and programme delivery during a pivotal moment for the industry. Within Industrial Operations Programme Delivery, the Supply Chain team plays a central role in shaping and implementing optimised end‑to‑end supply chain solutions that support Powertrain programmes from concept through to launch.
WHAT TO EXPECT

- Lead the development of powertrain and electrification programmes for Supply Chain, building robust business cases and future‑model solutions.
- Ensure all Supply Chain deliverables and milestones are met on time and in line with programme governance targets.
- Drive cross‑functional stakeholder engagement throughout powertrain development, ensuring Supply Chain requirements and impacts inform all key milestone decisions.
- Identify and deliver complexity‑reduction opportunities using data analysis, cost insights, and structured problem‑solving techniques.
- Shape end‑to‑end supply chain solutions by defining costs, requirements, and cross‑functional inputs that enable total cost engineering and sourcing decisions.
- Report programme status to senior management, covering deliverables, financial performance, risks, issues, and key project KPIs.
- Apply AGILE project management and supply chain principles to achieve strategic objectives, including leading vertical‑integration (make vs buy) assessments and global footprint studies.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED

- Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data, draw insights, and recommend effective interventions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to influence and lead colleagues at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to deliver accurate and timely data to the business.
- Experience applying structured problem‑resolution methods to drive effective issue management.
- Ability to identify, assess, and manage risks and issues proactively.
- Skilled in negotiation, with adaptability to work across changing priorities and environments.
- A self‑driven, results‑focused individual with a methodical approach and strong project‑management discipline.
