As a JLR Apprentice, you’ll be starting your journey to a fantastic career working alongside an inspirational team to help you achieve the exceptional. You’ll get to work on projects that are fundamental to our global success in an environment which is collaborative, open, diverse and dynamic. You’ll be stepping into the unknown, doing what’s never been done before. Reimagining the JLR of tomorrow.

From day one, you’ll be making a real impact on our business – experiencing the scale and breadth of an industry-leading finance division. Focusing on partnering or supporting key projects, you will provide financial analysis and insight as you work together with operational teams. Your responsibilities will range from budgeting, forecasting and profit planning to strategy and investment appraisals, you’ll also play a vital role in process improvement and optimisation.

Along the way, you will bring a fresh perspective to all areas of the business, including industrial operations, product engineering, commercial, procurement and corporate operations. You’ll have the opportunity to tackle a whole range of interestingly diverse challenges as you champion continuous improvement, deliver transformative ideas.

Meeting core tasks head-on and supporting colleagues in teams across the business is the best way to get a solid grounding of the fundamentals and accelerate your progress towards becoming a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGGMA). In addition, you’ll achieve the Accountancy or Taxation Professional Level 7 Apprenticeship (including CIMA Accountancy up to the Strategic Level). There may also be the opportunity to study for a Masters in Accounting and Finance based on individual performance and business needs.

On completion of your apprenticeship, you could become an analyst or senior financial analyst, but a career with us could take you almost anywhere. Can you imagine a better place to achieve the exceptional?
