As proud creators of modern luxury our people are our greatest asset, and you’ll deliver true value to our People Experiences team and the business through a series of key projects, products and service delivery. Throughout your Graduate scheme you will have the opportunity to work on multiple areas of our agenda. You will spend time working areas across either of our design, diagnosis and delivery model teams. We all play our part. We’re all the future of movement.
Our diagnosis teams work closely with business stakeholders to diagnose what’s required to support our people and help the organisation to continue to develop and transform. Our design teams are the masterminds behind innovating our processes focused on delivering products to enhance the employee experience. Our experience delivery teams work to ensure our experiences and products are deployed as designed, here you’ll learn to solve problems for real people and build your confidence in addressing challenges.
Underpinning all three of these elements is our Digital People Experience. There is not one process or interaction our people have with us that doesn’t involve digital and we're focused on growing our capability to transform our business.
Whichever teams you join you’ll need to be comfortable to work with ambiguity and be able to adapt and support ongoing change as we pioneer things we’ve never done before. You’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers; thinking outside the box and challenging the norm, designing innovative solutions through adopting agile methodology and digital solutions. And what’s most important is that we’re creating an environment for you to lead the way to create a better employee experience for tomorrow.

what you'll need
You will need to hold, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2.2 degree in any degree discipline. Degrees involving data analytics or a behavioural science or psychology component would be of particular interest.
