WHAT TO EXPECT 
Classic Product Strategy lead has the vital role of developing and directing the product and revenue proposition in line with brand strategy, on a global scale. Working closely with the business development/commercial, engineering, PR and marketing teams within Classic, the role will build a robust product strategy that is built from investigation of the market, using market intelligence, customer insights, sales results and competitor activity.  All resulting in the most exciting and dynamic range offering anywhere in the global automotive market place, which will exceed customer expectations and drive revenue growth into our business. 

 

Looking at our back catalogue of world renowned products you will have the responsibility to lead the innovation process to identify product opportunities, calculate volume and pricing strategies and be the voice of the customer in the ongoing product development process.  An innovative approach will be needed as we continue on the journey of traditional and unexpected product offerings in continuation, reborn, bespoke and conversion projects as well as identifying new areas to explore.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
You will have a relevant business, engineering or marketing qualification. With experience of working on highly numerical / financially driven projects and experience of working in Product Development or Marketing (not communications) an advantage. A good understanding and appreciation of automotive market trends and competitive product knowledge. A Comprehensive breadth and depth of product marketing and brand management knowledge and skills with an Interest or experience in the Classic car market place. Interest in the innovation process and customer development an advantage
