WHAT TO EXPECT

The role is an Asset Management function, aligning business and property asset strategies, ensuring the optimisation of the company’s assets which best supports key business goals. The role also involves protecting the company’s diverse property portfolio and legal interests. There will be the need for regular business case development and preparation of Board and Property Committee papers and support to various business units.

There are two roles available with Jaguar Land Rover within the Corporate Real Estate Team. One will have a UK remit and the other UK/Global. Both roles will be in the Asset Management and Transactional function, aligning business and property asset strategies, ensuring the optimisation of the company’s assets which best supports key business goals.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You’ll need experience of negotiating leases, licences, purchase and sale contracts, service level agreements, dilapidations, preferably with a mixture of a service provider and in-house for another corporate)

You’ll need strong understanding of Real Estate valuation methodology

You’ll need Real Estate Financial Analysis experience

You’ll need experience with management of external service providers

You’ll need property portfolio Strategy Development

You’ll need a minimum of 3 years PQE if MRICS (5 years + experience total)
