WHAT TO EXPECT
You will be responsible for supervising the design and development team creating all technical face-to-face curricula and assessment assets that certify qualification within the Technical Global Learner Journey. In addition to core competency design, oversee the development of new product training assets (alongside project coordinators) supporting the aggressive future product plans within JLR. Development will be in-line with JLR training accreditation requirements supporting ‘active learning’ design throughout.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
It’s essential that you have a strong ‘Customer First’ ethic, Competent in MS software packages, experience of working with service suppliers and experience as a Technical Trainer/Developer with a premium Marque. You will be knowledgeable in global technical competencies (in-retailer) and in L&D methodologies (e.g. competencies, adult learning principles). 
You’ll also have;
•    Knowledge of structured authoring processes including translation  
•    Be a cross functional team player.
•    Experienced in managing a team.
•    Project management
