WHAT TO EXPECT


The purpose of this role is to ensure the technical delivery of the electric drive unit design department is on track to support the project requirements. This will be achieved by monitoring performance metrics for the department, coordinating department communications, facilitating team events, and supporting the leadership team.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Creation and maintenance of department performance metrics
    • Training
    • Recognition
  • Manage department communications
  • Standardise department records retention - Ensure compliance with document retention policy
  • Facilitate team events - venue booking and general event logistics
  • Continual process improvement
  • Working to optimise processes and reporting tools to increase departmental efficiency

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

Essential:

  • Previous experience working in an administration role
  • Experienced user of Microsoft toolset, including Sharepoint
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail orientated with good organisational skills
