WHAT TO EXPECT

An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) team as Manager in support of our Digital Product Platform (DPP) team.  
 

In this role you will partner with business management teams across the DPP to enable implementation of business strategy with particular emphasis on DE&I initiatives measured and linked to key performance Indicators (KPI’s).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Work with key leadership teams in setting the strategy and business plan
  • Coach the leadership team in handling sensitive or complex DE&I issues 
  • Identify internal communication channels to raise the visibility of DE&I initiatives within the business
  • Establish Inclusion councils in DPP that can be replicated and rolled out 
  • Deliver face to face DE&I awareness training to UK DPP colleagues 
  • Develop cultural awareness guides for markets that DPP operates in 
  • Support DPP facility upgrades to ensure they are designed with inclusivity in mind
  • Deliver reporting in line with DE&I plans and respond to ad-hoc data requests 
  • Build relationships with external DE&I professionals to enable sharing of best practice and benchmarking

  • Broad knowledge of the DE&I/People function 
  • Well-developed customer and relationship management skills
  • Driving and managing cultural change within a medium to large organisation 

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 

You will be required to travel across JLR's UK sites, including Manchester which will be 3/4 times a month. There may possibly be some overseas travel aswell.

This role may offer the opportunity for hybrid working where you can split your time between working from home and in the office.
