THE ROLE-

Join us on our Refocus and Reimagine journey as we shape the future of our products and how they are manufactured in our global manufacturing plants. The role will be within the Global Manufacturing Engineering Off-Cycle team, with a focus on Trim & Final operations. Be part of a Quality Team embarking on a Business-critical transformation process (foundation PFMEA) and provide support for GME during the Cascade of special characteristics. 
 

RESPONSIBILITIES-

• Rollout of the Process Failure Modes Effects Analysis (PFMEA’s)
• Liaise with stakeholders to create/review/approve/publish Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) docs.
• Develop cohesive link between PFMEA and Standards.
• Support the Cascade of Special characteristics from DFMEA to PFMEA. 
• Define controls for process characteristics.
• Ensuring compliance to IATF 16949 and AIAG & VDA standards. 
• Provide support for process related quality aspects. 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED-

• Data analysis and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast moving and challenging environment.
• Awareness of end-to-end product creation process. 
• Awareness of agile toolsets and processes.
• Project management experience.
• Working experience in Tableau/ Reliasoft. 
• Knowledge of AIAG Standards including IATF 16949.
• Ability to create and lead strong cross functional teams.
• Experience of trim and final manufacturing assembly operations.
• A continuous improvement mindset.
• Flexible approach to job responsibilities, work location and working hours.
