WHAT TO EXPECT
As the Propulsion Technical Project Leader, you will be at the heart of JLR’s best-in-class electrified Propulsion delivery programmes where you will get to involve yourself in the creation and end-to-end engineering delivery of Battery Electric propulsion modules & systems from project kick-off through to production.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
This opportunity focuses on taking a cross functional collaborative approach in support of vehicle release / vehicle delivery to market using an agile project management methodology, and, to represent Propulsion to the internal and external stakeholder community.
As part of your project management role, you’ll get the opportunity to identify key technical/ commercial/strategic risks and issues looking for ways to unblock / resolve these risks and issues.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
As the Propulsion Technical Project Lead, you will come to this role having a good understanding of Battery Electric Propulsion systems within the automotive industry along with propulsion technical integration experience and a track record of being able to effectively manage programme timelines and cost targets.
You will also thrive in an environment where you can lead on taking a business partnered/ collaborative approach to help shape decision making / results.
Finally, you’ll hold a relevant degree or equivalent Automotive experience.
