POSITION:  Sales Process Senior Specialist

Reporting to the  Sales Operations Director and based at our Corporate headquarters in Mahwah, NJ, the Senior Sales Process Analyst will be responsible for implementing global initiatives in the US market.  These initiatives are primarily related to Customer Voice and Lead Management Sales Experience programs.  This role works closely with the Regional Performance Managers (RPMs) to consult with Retailers on improving their sales and customer experience by properly leveraging JLR's tools and processes.  

 

What you will be doing:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert and leader for customer experience within the sales organization.
  • Provide insights and reporting to support actions to improve Customer Experience, measured through Sales 6 and NPS. 
  • Management of LEADS Insight tool (hosted by a 3rd party vendor) and Retailer CRM tool integration which is used by the field teams and retailers to track lead volume, lead responses and lead closing rates.
  • Analyze program metrics to determine areas/retailers requiring improvement.
  • Oversee the US Lost Lead/Lost Sale process to ensure all opportunities are acted on as best practices are shared.
  • Support the US market implementation of the Retailer Performance Toolkit. Ensure content supports Modern Luxury Sales processes and best practices.
  • Collate the monthly Field scorecards.
  • Provide support to the US Sales Operations teams by creating and aggregating sales-related presentations for Executive presentations.
  • Perform other duties as required

 

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years experience related to the role
  • 2+ years the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of Retailers' operations
  • Previous team/project management, as well as previous budget management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite for data analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong Communication Skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a team and independently with applied initiative.
  • Must have strong business acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally with people at varying levels and departments within the organization.
  • Must have the ability to travel domestically approximately 10% of the time

 

 

Schedule:  Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)

 

Recruitment Salary Range:  $92,000 - $115,000

 

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position”.
