POSITION: Digital Experience & Analytics Manager

LOCATION: Mississauga / Toronto, Ontario, Canada

JLR Canada ULC is a Sales and Marketing organization located in Mississauga, Ontario. JLR Canada operates in a dynamic and challenging industry within a larger business organization working closely with Jaguar Land Rover North America (JLRNA), located in Mahwah, New Jersey, as well as Jaguar Land Rover in the UK.
 

The Digital Experience & Analytics Manager will be responsible for delivering world class digital client experiences, and measuring the impact and effectiveness of our Marketing efforts.

 

Some key responsibilities include internal and external relationship management, developing analytical answers to complex business questions, and transforming our website experiences.

  • Manage Jaguar.Canada and LandRover.Canada website: design and manage website layout, content, features, customer journey, configurators

  • Lead transformation of websites to meet evolving customer expectations

  • Oversee Certified Tier 3 retailer website program, ensuring a seamless digital retailer client journey, including website analytics, CI compliance, and accurate inventory listings

  • Embed a rapid test and learn approach into the Marketing organization, ensuring we are constantly improving the customer experience and building highly qualified demand

  • Work closely with the leaders across product, marketing and sales to support and implement high -quality data driven decisions.

  • Oversee analytics projects, utilize data models and statistics to gain actionable business insights.

  • Manage internal and external partnerships (Sales, Product, CRM, vendors)

  • Establish key metrics for measurement and tracking – creating a set of KPIs to measure the success or failure of the process and organization. · Develop content and lead reviews with Senior Management – communicate results and/or issues, as well as key data for potential decision making.

  • Lead Market Research, including buyer studies (reasons for purchase / rejection), Brand Health, audience definition and segmentation

 

 

What you will be doing:

  • Managing website content (including configurators) to ensure our brands and products are represented accurately, and occupy a Modern Luxury position in the marketplace

  • Evolving website user journey and feature set to meet evolving customer demands

  • Measuring the impact and effectiveness of all Marketing efforts (paid, owned, earned) and identify opportunities to test and learn new approaches

  • Understanding the voice of the customer and ensuring their viewpoints are reflected across all Marketing touchpoints. Work with relevant internal (e.g. Sales, Product) and external (e.g. Retailers) parties to address customer pain points.

 

What you will need:

  • Bachleor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 7-10 years of related work experience

  • Ability to leverage insights to draw sound conclusions and translate them into actionable recommendations

  • Automotive or luxury brand experience – an understanding of premium/luxury client attributes, needs and expectations

  • Bilingual (English and French) preferred, read, spoken and written

  • Negotiation Skills and Experience Working with multiple vendors

  • Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Statistics / Probability

  • High level of experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects, Tableau, Google Analytics
