JOB TITLE: Reverse Logistics Analyst
SALARY: Base salary 1283€ per month, depending on your experience and skills, yearly bonus 0-15% paid year

Reverse Logistics Analyst is responsible for management of returnable packaging between JLR Slovakia, JLR sister companies and JLR suppliers. His/her role is daily coordination of inbound/outbound packaging operations between In-Plant LLP, Freight LLP, JLR subcontractors and different JLR departments. Moreover he/she takes care about accurate empties collections planning, proper deck planning and calculating of outbound shipment frequencies. One of the main tasks is also packaging master data collecting and maintenance. Supporting of local and global packaging team activities is required as well.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reverse logistics process between JLR Slovakia, JLR sister companies and JLR suppliers
  • Responsible for coordination of daily operations between In-Plant LLP, Freight LLP and JLR subcontractors
  • Responsible for leased packaging coordination (CHEP, GEFCO)
  • Responsible for empty packaging collections planning, deck planning and shipment frequencies calculating
  • Responsible for external warehouse management (overflow packaging)
  • Responsible for damaged pallets repait coordination between JLR – JLR suppliers and JLR subcontractor
  • Responsible for internal communication regarding reverse logistics topics
  • Responsible for external communication regarding reverse logistics topics
  • Responsible for packaging master data collecting and maintenance
  • Responsible for supporting of local and global packaging team activities
  • Responsible for pallet tracker updating and maintenance
  • Responsible for freight costs and pallet repair costs analysis
  • Responsible for priority management
  • Responsible for preparation or evaluation of KPIs related to reverse logistics

 

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Logistics or economics background
  • Previous experience on similar position

 

Desirable:

  • Experience in Automotive Industry
  • Fluent English – verbal/written
  • SAP knowledge
  • MS Office knowledge
