The role is focused on delivering and maximising the value of the CX Customer Data platforms that provide trusted, timely and relevant data through every stage of the halo journey to build customer love and drive value and loyalty, while ensuring product development meets time, cost and quality parameters.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Sets Data Platform Group vision and ensures it is cascaded down to product squads.

• Accountable for the successful delivery of the following group of data platforms (products) to enable analytical, operational and marketing use cases: Customer Master Data Management (Informatica), Analytics Data Platform (Snowflake), Customer Data Platform (Data Cloud).

• Manage the Data Migration from Legacy CRM platforms to Salesforce CRM.

• Works closely with Customer Data Architecture, Governance and Engineer Chapter Leads, and Customer Data Services and CRM groups to ensure a consistent approach to customer data management.

• Owns Data Platforms QBR Memo ensuring priorities at capability level are well defined and cascaded to squads.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Experience in overseeing data management or delivery within a complex organization.

• Substantial exposure to Data Warehouses, Master Data Management platforms and Customer Data Platforms.

• Knowledge of data architecture principles, data modelling and engineering techniques.

• Familiarity with data governance frameworks, and data security and privacy principles related to data management.

• Experience of delivering products through Agile methodologies
