JOB TITLE: Luxury Retail Sales Process Manager./London
SALARY: £45,000-£60,000 (DOE)

Working as part of the new Jaguar division, the Sales and Go to Market team play a critical role in developing and ultimately delivering on the new vision for Jaguar, namely that we reimagine the entire business model and create a customer service culture where our approach is entirely built around the customer’s needs and wants.
 

The role will work in a team reporting to the Head of Sales, this role will look at how we convert leads to orders for Jaguar products worldwide in the future. The role will develop the processes for engagement, management and conversion of retail sales leads; as well as the governing principals and standards therein. 

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

●    Development of the lead management processes for the target operating model
●    Development of the lead conversion processes and tactics for the target operating model
●    Development of market leading customer experiences that optimise lead conversions for the target operating model
●    Work with Demand Planning to develop a set of leading indicators and KPI’s to proactively manage lead to order conversion and customer satisfaction for the target operating model
●    Work with the Demand Creation and IT teams to develop the CRM system and management processes for the target operating model
●    Work with Demand Creation to develop an immersive and engaging Customer Contact Plan for the target operating model
●    Work with the Training team to develop the Behavioural, Selling Skills and Product training content for the target operating model
●    Work with Demand Planning and IT to develop and deploy an analytics based central forecasting and reporting tool

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

●    Minimum Degree level qualification in Business, Marketing or other related field 
●    Sales or Experiential Management
●    Understanding of Customer Relationship Management and Lead Management systems
●    Knowledge of conversion tactics
●    Knowledge of retailer processes 
●    Knowledge of analytics and statistics application in business
●    High level of Business Acumen 
●    Understanding of Sales Forecasting
●    Process development and execution
●    Stakeholder management
●    Reporting
