JOB TITLE: Strategy & Transformation Snr Analyst

The successful candidate for the above role will retain their current employer, i.e. if you are a Jaguar employee you will continue to be administered on the Jaguar grading structure with the associated terms and conditions. If you are currently on BAC or EMC terms, you will retain your current employer but will transfer to a JLR contract and the associated terms and conditions.

As part of the Re-Imagine strategy for the JLR Group, Jaguar will be repositioned as a modern luxury brand and will seek to offer a new end to end Client journey, underpinned by an all-electric car portfolio.


  • Supporting related strategic projects into the execution phase, partnering with teams across Future Jaguar
  • Maintaining and updating required tools based on business requirements
  • Scope, plan, and complete analyses that feed into the business and strategic plan
  • Supporting quarterly performance review
  • Leading due diligence related to Business Development
  • Delivering change management through establishing & embedding key initiatives
  • Supporting the definition of new concepts (product & services)
  • Overseeing change & transformation governance process in partnership with PMO
  • Developing business performance switchboard and metrics




  • Ability to flex between big picture thinking, understand and distil complex ideas and analyse data to drive strategic objectives and priorities
  • Experience in cross functional teams, and a track record of delivering tangible results, both directly and by influence
  • Demonstrate maturity through exposure to and ability to work well with senior executives
  • Drive to continuously seek out improvement
  • Experienced in Change Management with track record of high impact delivery

This role may offer the opportunity for hybrid working where you can split your time between working from home and in the office.
