WHAT TO EXPECT
 
The UK Customer Relationship Centre is a part of our Customer Service function. Its core responsibility is to deliver a customer ownership experience, alongside the Jaguar Land Rover UK Retailer network, that supports the long-term sustainable business growth of both the Jaguar and Land Rover brands.
 
As a Workforce Optimisation Analyst, you will be a responsible for managing resource for a omni-channel Customer Relationship Centre to ensure maximum productivity across all channels to ensure we meet our service level agreements and provide our customers the best experience.

THE ROLE
 
• Maintain employee schedules and rota’s to ensure a good level of resource is dedicated to each area, being     AGILE in our planning and decision making to support an ever changing operation.

• Perform analyses on available data sources and make recommendations as to how best to improve the CRC productivity and Customer experience.

• Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested and other duties as required, including training users throughout the CRC on how to utilize and interpret analytic results and use the available systems to support day to day monitoring of the operation.

• Responsible for providing direct support in the preparation of the forecast process through utilization of analytical data (i.e., historical trends, seasonality trends, etc.)

• Supports forecast variance analyses by providing relevant drivers obtained through analytical data

• Monitor the live traffic into all channels of the CRC

• Engaging team members to offer support and identify support opportunities

• Providing vital live business updates to the team to help them support their customers

• Perform other duties as required.
